mySmartHome LLC was formed to provide and install smarthome systems in residential homes in Orange County, CA.  mySmartHome is a woman-owned, veteran-owned business located in Laguna Niguel, CA.

 

We offer end-to-end (concept-to-use)  smarthome service.  We believe that at this point in the emerging adoption and use of smarthome technology the customer is best served with an integrated solution.  That is one where the installed system components have been designed to work together from the beginning and have an easy to use technical support service.

 

SmartHome Consultation

We will come to your home for a free, detailed consultation, or we can do a rough estimate for you over the internet or by phone.  We want to work with you to assess your smarthome needs and find a system solution that is cost effective and provides the services you want and need.

 

We will recommend an integrated system solution for you and provide a quotation for procurement and installation.

 

The systems we favor are those that operate from an integrated, cloud-based service.  They can be accessed from a single web page on your computer or a single set of apps on your mobile device.

 

 

SmartHome Device Purchase and Delivery

 

We will order the smarthome devices for you and schedule a date and time for installation.

 

SmartHome Installation and Tech Support

 

We will install the devices in your home, usually in about two hours.

 

We will train you on the operation of the smarthome service from your computer, tablet or mobile device.

 

Support for your installed system will be from the manfacturer of the smarthome system.  They maintain a very effective and easy to access help line.  We have used the system in our own home for more than a year and have always had excellent assistance.
